Shipment processing time

All orders made before 2:00 p.m. (CST) are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered during weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We currently offer standard shipping, which is completely free of charge.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email within 24 hours once your order has been placed.

Within 3 business days after your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number. This can be used to track your order.
