RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Please make sure to read our return policy carefully. If you need any help, contact us through our contact page. You have 30 days after you receive your product to make a return at your own cost. There will be no restocking fees.

Initiate a return:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Step 1: Fill out the contact form on our website within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your full name, email, order number, and briefly describe the reason for your return request.
Step 2: Our customer support team will respond to your inquiry within three business days. If your return request meets the terms and conditions outlined in our Return Policy and Terms of Service, we will provide you with a Returns Form, a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and a Returns Address.
Step 3: Repackage the product securely, attach the provided RMA form visibly on the package, and send it to the Returns Address provided. Please note that we will only accept returned products with the RMA number attached and sent to our specified Returns Address.
For non-defective items, return the product in its original, undamaged packaging, and in the same condition as received. For defective items, contact our customer support before returning the product.
Step 4: Send us the tracking number of the returning parcel and your unique return link. We will not refund or compensate for the return shipping fees. It is advisable to use registered mail or another trackable shipment method and provide us with the tracking number to avoid any issues.
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund within 14 business days. Please note that we will not compensate for the return shipping fees.
If the product meets the conditions for a refund, we will issue it to the original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
Cancellation of an order:As part of our commitment to swift order fulfillment, we begin preparing shipments the moment an order is placed, aiming to provide our customers with rapid delivery of their goods. Due to this operational approach, we can only accommodate order cancellations within the first 12 hours starting from when the order is placed. Your understanding of this policy is greatly appreciated.
The product never arrived:Our estimate of the shipping time is between 5-10 days, not counting the preparation and shipping of the products which is between 1 to 3 days. If your products have not arrived within 13 days, please contact us..
There are some situations that we cannot control like weather, mail delays and customs. If your products have not arrived after 30 days, we will resend you a new item or we will give you a 100% refund instantly.
Damage on arrival:If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at contact@maxren.store. After verification and confirmation of the case, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or give you a 100% refund.
Defective or damaged products after use:You have 30 days after the arrival of your product to report any problem with your product, if the product does not work during this period or is defective, you can return it to us at your expense, and we will issue a full refund as store credit so that you can reorder a new product.
Exchange:If you wish to exchange your product, you have 30 days after receiving it to do so. Please keep in mind that, to exchange, your product must be unused and in its original packaging. You will need to send it to us at your expense. Please contact our support at contact@maxren.store to help you with the process.
Wrong product:If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to contact us. We will replace the product or give you a 100% refund.
